Neck and Shoulder Golf Yoga – Post Golf Game

At our age, we are in a constant state of dealing with our achy shoulders. Of course we go and play golf anyway, but it would be so wonderful if it didn’t hurt, or if it could be looser and easier to get that full, smooth motion for a good, full swing.
So … enjoy this excellent video – we are seriously considering doing some of our own golf exercise videos. We are not yogis, but we have picked up a few moves over the years and if we can do it, so can you!
By the way, this golf yoga video is a post-golf workout, as opposed to pre-golf.
